New Access Fields Required on App Update

Our new app update requires access to View Store Credit:

Store credit account transactions or store credit accounts – This is required for applying Shopify customer store credit to statements. In order to update the app, the Shopify account you are logged in with needs permission access to store credits. You can find the user permissions from Shopify under Settings / Users and Permissions. The store credit permissions are located under the customers section.


Statement Printer App Privacy Policy


PT2 Statement Printer “the App” provides the tools to create, print, save and email statements “the Service” to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: Store Data, Customer Data and Order Data.

STORE DATA – The app retrieves and stores: shop domain, currency code, timezone and email.

CUSTOMER DATA – The App will only query customer data from the selected customer while the App is being used. This data is used to generate the statement only, and we do not store this data in any database. Customer data retrieved includes: name, company, address and orders.

ORDER DATA – The App will only query order data from the selected customer while the App is being used. This data is used to generate the statement only, and we do not store this data in any database. Order data retrieved includes: date, order number, amount, taxes, total, refund and fulfillment status.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we may use this personal information to communicate with you for important matters relevant to the use of the App.

Sharing Your Personal Information

If legally required, we may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data Retention

Information collected is stored until 2 days after the App is uninstalled.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
